IT market researcher IDC reports that US PC demand continued to decline in Q3'23. The analyst said ithat distributors' software demand was down slightly, but networking infrastruture spending rose strongly. .This chimes with outlooks provided by Microsoft & Cisco but not VAR/distributors Synnex & Compucenter?
