Ex-printermaker powerhouses Ricoh and Toshiba have formally announced a business partnership to integrate the development and manufacturing of multifunction printers (MFPs). In March, PE firm Japan Industrial Partners agreed to acquire troubled Toshiba for $15Bn. So is this the first of many asset stripping moves?
