IT market researcher Gartner has halved global IT spending forecast "as inflation 'throttles' budgets" The analyst also blames a tight labour market for the straitened spending conditions. This chimes with outlooks provided by Microsoft, IBM, HP, but not distributors Synnex, Softcat & Compucenter?
