Is it deja-vu all over again? Staples and Depot swept up the independent OP dealers in the '90/2000's to dominate the corporate supplies market. Now the acquisition rollups of VC backed Imperial Dade (77 to date) and Brady+ (58) threaten to do the same. Most of the acquisitions are members of Network Distribution who claim $1Bn+ in contract HyPac revenues. A threeway battle in prospect? Updated
