We specialise in 'marketing to women' particularly - reaching businesswomen who are responsible for 80%+ of office buying decisions. Lucy the typical user chooser will on average spend 50%+ more than the typical man in improving office productivity i.e saving time money and space in the workplace..

Peter Frost’s 35+ years in the industry include 18 years with Spicers, Europe’s leading the office products wholesaler. In the 80’s he led their rapid growth in sales, marketing and distribution operations to become the UK’s #1 OP wholesaler. Brand achievements included the successful redevelopment to leadership positions for Plus Fabric/New Guardian envelopes and Black n' Red books.
In 1990, founded the UK's first marketing group, OfficeSMART which was highly commended for its vision, creativity, innovative marketing and training. OfficeSMART’s reputation extended outside the industry with 6 successive years as winners of the prestigious Catalog Age ‘International Business to Business’ Catalog Award.
In 2003, Peter founded Proficiency Group - a marketing and leadership services company. The group organised the annual Rethink Pink marketing to women, and BREAKTHROUGH marketing to the office, conferences.
